Our conservatory has been leaking in several places for a while now and eventually we got a quote for a repair - a few quid short of £2500. So off to B&Q went my super husband, where he bought some proper bitumen flashing tape. Several hours later and a completely sealed roof even if it was about 8pm last night when he finished. Saving £2500......
